Primary Responsibilities:• Oversees the monthly business journal and accounting records, as well Cost of Good Sold analysis, rebates management tracking, cost of serve to customer analysis.• Daily sales tracking, Point of Sales analysis, and develop mitigation plan with Divisional Manager and General Manager to develop gap programs to mitigate against any shortfall.• Monthly business planning and reporting to Local Management, as well as to the wider APAC team.• Responsible for the quarterly budgeting process, as well as the annual Operating Plan cycle process.• Providing financial analysis and risk assessment to Business • Developing and implementing COGS programs with Divisional Manager to improve the gross margin of the business.• Develop financial matrix and modelling based on business needs and requests.

Primary responsibilities:• Preparation and review of Corporate Income Tax returns and the managing the tax planning, tax effect accounting and research functions.• Monthly GST reporting and payment, along with completion of FBT return.• Liaising with and providing guidance to the local finance and business teams, as well as interacting with the International Tax Team on all tax related matters.• Overseeing SOX and 3M Global Financial Standards compliance.• General ledger accounting.• Administering insurance activities.

Primary responsibilities:• Plan and execute operational audits of various business areas using risk-based audit methodology.• Test the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls by completing walkthroughs of complex business processes.• Provide financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork in an effort to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.• Identify and communicate accounting and audit matters to senior members of the team, and providing potential solutions to issues identified.• Development of accounting worksheets and performing accounting research on issues prevalent to the clients or industries.• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client's operations, processes, and business objectives.• Instruct, direct and review work of audit staff (both onshore and offshore) in the completion of audit procedures (e.g. Cash, A/R, inventories, A/P, property and equipment, prepayment etc).• Supervise and lead the staff through counseling, guidance and coaching. Evaluate performance and work efforts, and participate in performance review process.• Knowledge of AASB, as well as US GAAP via US Hedge Funds engagement.
