Being a resident engineer, I’m based in customer plant – one of the main players in the agricultural market – to manage all phases in the definition, design, development and supply of Bosch Rexroth components that constitute the hydraulic circuit of its tractors.Everyday job is to collect requests, timing and needs from the customer to allow the internal engineering and production plants to develop, plan and supply Bosch Rexroth products to the customer.As a supplier reference person, my goal is to support the customer from concept to series production and claims from the field while also managing sales procedures – like offers, orders and bills creation – and coordinate the engineering department by defining priorities and criticalities.
