Freelance yachtsman, sail trainer, examiner and 2 x circumnavigator, professionally qualified to skipper sailing yachts of up to 24m/80’ worldwide. With extensive management and leadership experience in both marine and IT industries. Highly experienced with over 240,000 nautical miles sailed in training, racing, deliveries and more. Passionate about developing people of all ages and abilities through the work that I do. Principal instructor at the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust (2017-2019) and also a trainer of non-professional sailors at Clipper Ventures PLC for round the world yacht racing.
