- Oversaw end to end global production of innovation projects and products covering the following disciplines and departments: Generative AI, R&D Lab, Extended Realities XR (AR, VR, MR), Immersive & Interactive Website & Apps, E-comm & Platforms, Metaverse & Web3. - Technically versed bringing new and innovative approaches, as well as generating creative strategies, to solve client and project challenge, bolstering sales and increasing win rates.- Managed a team of 28 (creatives, developers/engineers, 2D & 3D artists, visual and UX designers, project managers and producers, QA, etc.). - Ensured business growth (35%+ year over year growth) as well as exceeding industry standards (ie. winner of Production Agency of the Year at 2021, 2022, 2023 at Webby Awards, and most recently Adweek's first-ever AI Agency of the Year). - Exceeded 2023 company wide expected profitability benchmarks of 10%, hitting breakeven costs by June, and ending the fiscal year with a departmental profit margin of 40% (IRFS) Initiated efforts to integrate Generative AI solutions into internal workflows to increase work efficiencies and enhance productivity, such as Slack, Gmail, and other. - Pioneered unique solutions to address unmet technological needs in the marketplace. This includes developing a novel, first-of-its-kind methodology for creating games that strictly adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines.- Served as production lead of the Craft Council, to redefine and enhance the creative craft standards for the entire company.- Served on the company’s AI Council to spearhead Generative AI initiatives with clients, as well as research, vet and implement new Generative AI models into internal workflows.

- Headed the Extended Realities XR (AR, VR, MR), Labs (R&D) & Games departments within the United States, and served as production lead across film, platform, product, post and experiential disciplines. - Managed a direct team of 8 Senior Producers, and oversaw workflows of 4 EPs.- Led multiple projects, including R&D, for key clients to bring their latest in technical innovation and creative ambition to market. This included teaming with Google, Meta, & Apple’s engineers and product teams to bring their AR & VR products public, including supporting their teams to create demos at I/O, Connect, WWDC, respectfully.  - Oversaw annual project revenues exceeding $30MM USD, and responsible for bringing in new business and building teams for AOR clients (eg. Google, IBM, Mondelez, J&J, PayPal, Meta, etc.)- Tasked with creating new work from home policies and ensuring a seamless migration from the office to home during COVID, as well as supported pivoting IRL events to live streaming events averting potential lost revenue, which ultimately contributed to YoY growth of 30% in 2020.   - Supported in efforts for acquisition by S4 Capital holding company (SFOR:London) and various subsequent mergers & acquisitions. - Served on the board of the company’s Metaverse & Web3 Council, creating the company’s go to market offering and building teams to cover platforms including, Roblox, Horizon Worlds, Decentraland, The Sandbox, Zepeto, as well as various blockchain initiatives including NFTs.Clients include: Google, Amazon, Meta, Snap, Apple, Airbnb, Netflix, Disney, HP, IBM, Paypal, Mondelez, P&G, Unilever, HBO, J&J, Dell, Logitech, LG, Progressive, Viacom, Lenovo, Nike, GE, Toyota, PepsiCo, Burger King, etc.

- Produced integrated global campaigns with budgets exceeding $2MM USD. - Negotiate competitive licensing and vendor production fees in the US & abroad, including several off-shore shoots and installations. Clients included: Sony Playstation, Netflix, Newell Rubbermaid, Macy’s, Grubhub, etc.

- Directed and managed in-house studio across edit and animation projects. - Led day-to-day workflow of creative development to support all new business briefs and RFPs.Developed various landing pages and internal applications for the agency (Ruby on Rails, HTML, etc.)Clients included: Dish Network, Unilever, Pepsico, Supercell, KAYAK.com, Little Caesars, and Finlandia.

- Managed operations of the Pastry Kitchen, including all production.- Led a team of 10 & reported directly to Executive Pastry Chef & Executive Chef, Eric Rippert.
