Founding partner of Notary Training, a company specialising in providing quality cpe training.Simon is was previously a chartered company secretary able to provide advice on corporate structures, governance and other issues to companies and also to the charity and not-for profit sectors.For 10 years the clerk to the General Commissioners of Income tax in Sheffield, the High Peak (Derbyshire) and (Barnsley. In addition to organising up to 30 meetings a year and corresponding with up to 40 tax-payers per meeting, interpreting tax legislation and advising commissioners on procedural matters during hearings, preparing decision statements and cases stated for appeals.
