• Conduct regular qualification trainings and provide coaching and continuous quality improvement (CQI) to agencies and organizations using our risk and needs assessment tools, the Correctional Assessment and Intervention System™ (CAIS) and Juvenile Assessment and Intervention System™ (JAIS).• Research current best practices and most impactful interventions related to justice involved populations and incorporate it into CAIS/JAIS Tool redesign and share findings through trainings and blogs. • Present at national criminal justice conferences on research-based strategies and best practices that improve outcomes for the people and communities being served.• Conduct focus groups and use case interviews with agencies using CAIS and JAIS to incorporate their feedback into our tool redesign efforts. • Create trainings and resources that support supervisors, staff and stakeholders with implementation, CQI, and improving overall outcomes for clients.•Create annual data summaries for agencies using CAIS and/or JAIS that provide an overview of the trends noted in their data and recommendations for how we can support them in their use of the tools and outcomes. • Assist with other related Research and Data for Equity projects as requested or as they become available.

*Research and connect with child serving entities across the state. This includes sharing program information and materials, and presenting the YES 101 program overview virtually upon request. *Organize and facilitate regular Best Practices Meetings, conference calls and webinars for statewide YES Waiver service providers from Local Mental and Behavioral Health Authorities (LMHAs/LBHAs) and Comprehensive Waiver Providers (CWPs). *Draft and share presentation invitations and follow up emails containing registration links, program updates and materials, and other relevant resources to distribution list of Program directors and staff from LMHAs/LBHAs, CWPs, and other YES providers. *Provide regular technical assistance and program oversight for several LMHAs/LBHAs.*Create a Community Outreach Guide that includes outreach strategies, a directory of child serving agencies and organizations, a program outreach assessment, and a template outreach letter. *Answer program inquiries from parents, case managers and others seeking services for children and youth with serious mental and behavioral health concerns. *Attend, exhibit and/or present at statewide Mental Health and Juvenile Justice related conferences and summits.*Maintain program related websites to include updated documents and forms. This includes ensuring that documents are accessible, structured according to agency branding guidelines and submitting website update requests. *Assist the Quality Improvement team with conducting quality management reviews for LMHA/LBHA and CWPs.

• Responsible for developing a curriculum for middle school students focusing on civic education with an emphasis in self advocacy, social emotional learning and skill building.• Assist with the development and implementation of the Civic Leader’s Academy and Professional Development workshop for middle and high school teachers.
