  The return in Sophos coincided with my first role as a full salesman.I started managing all the partner in Lombardia area with a colleague then moved to Milan area and now my focus is to manage and develop the top 20 key partner in the north Area.As a responsabile of the business of these partners, I have to develop strong relationships with key people such as CTO, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, President and the sales people.The goal of my job is to work with the sales and the marketing of the channel partner in order to identify and develop new business and cross sell according to the sales strategy , meeting and exiting the sales target, forecast accordingly .
