I am currently engaged as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for Flexera’s on-premises Data Platform product, I was moved to this role to provide a Data Platform Support presence in the EMEA Region, previously I was working on the Software Vulnerability Manager / Software Vulnerability Research on-premise and cloud products providing support for large Enterprise Clients within the EMEA/NAM & APAC regions, as a support engineer within SVM I achieved a personal NPS score of 78. I also received a professionalism award from our VP of Support for a proof of concept I undertook to assist in an upsell opportunity.In February of 2021 I was a speaker at the Flexera Engineering and Support Summit covering the subject of creating engaging technical support videos for the knowledge base.My role involves the resolution of issues pertaining to the integration of our products within our customers SCCM environments for third party patch management and patch publication, fault resolution, software enhancement requests, and a close working relationship with our SVM/R engineering and development teams. Gregsons Solicitors Ltd have were a long standing client and I have been responsible for managing, developing and supporting their technical requirements in all areas for over 12 years I was involved in managing the IT projects through the businesses expansions and contractions. I was engaged in redeveloping the network across its three sits upgrading servers and desktops, utilising high end recycled equipment, upgrading the network platform to Windows 2012 and Exchange 2012, with Windows 7 desktops, and utilising VMWare virtualisation to build a more robust infrastructure with scalable flexibility. Part of the migration will also include working with Thomson Reuters migrating and upgrading the OMS Mattersphere system to a current version as well as moving servers.

Responsible for technical division and mission critical security platform and manned control infrastructure for the management of manned guarding services.During my time with BritSec security I developed the infrastructure encompassing 6 other sites in addition to the our main Chester data centre, this was done using a fully meshed VPN infrastructure over leased line internet backbone, it also utilised other remote working services, and remote desktop functionality.Platform was based on Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, SQL2000 and also utilised Innovise Software TimeGate and TimeLink Software specific to the security and facilities management industries.Developed Client CCTV monitoring services and technical development of CCTV monitoring platform, monitoring of both ISDN and IP Based ADPRO systems, as well as smaller third party IP systems.
