During my work experience I covered different topics and kind of projects, always facing the different challenges that were proposed to me, some very complex and some even risky, as in supervising on field, in an forward operating base in the centre of Afghanistan, the installation of a system to which I gave a substantial contribution.Depending on the project, my contribution spanned among different stages, starting from the proposal preparation, planning and organisation of the activities, system design and development, until the final review and the exploitation of the results. My education and working path gave me the opportunity to achieve many different technical skills, like project management, operational research, software development, system design, simulation, data analytics, knowledge management and others. Seeking for constant improvement, for every industrial or research project I worked on, I always tried something new in the approach, in the tools to use or in the methodologies, sometime experimenting and studying as needed emerging technologies such as augmented reality or big data analytics. The main skills I had gained is the capacity to catch the whole picture, to adapt myself to the different contexts and to collaborate with all the interested parties to identify and solve the problems that naturally arise in every challenging project.
