Current- Tier II Desktop Support for: Apple hardware (iMac, MacBook, iPhone, iPad), Network printers, Cisco IP phones.
- Provide escalated software technical support for: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, Active Directory, Citrix, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office (O365), macOS, iOS, Cisco AnyConnect. Scientific software: Fiji, Python.
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Mac hardware and software and related infrastructure, including printers, computer accessories and mobile devices.
- Provide account management and administration within Active Directory systems.
- Cloud based backup system administrator.
