• Monitor, respond, and analyze incoming system and security events across a multitude of Enterprise level monitoring platforms.• Provide Systems Administration, Networking and Security expertise for high level of capability in resolution and analysis of incidents.• Assist in implementation and customization of various monitoring tools and platforms.• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for various contracts• Develop SOPs and Process Agreements based on KPIs• Provide cross-training to Junior staff

• Provide leadership and supervision to 9 FTEs within a complex, fast paced environment, supporting over 1,000 end users including Agency directorate.• Provide staff assignments to maximize operational effectiveness and consistently meet customer expectations.• Delegate complex duties effectively to team members, including Deputy Lead Engineer. • Oversee activities such as equipment requests and installs, special projects, data calls, maintenance and operations.• Interact with customer, management, and vendor personnel to resolve problems and issues.• Effectively communicate status and customer needs via weekly customer briefs and written status updates.
