Workshop apprenticeship within Stephen Salter's wave energy research team.Trained on use of machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc. Toolmaking and modelmaking. Trained in electronic circuit board assembly and test.Excellent foundation in practical engineering that persuaded me to go on and study engineering.
