Lead the Client Service function for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing market and have extensive experience in building a recruiting knowledge database for an in-house project, looking after the quality of the output in a world’s largest RPO. I am responsible for Client Management / Vendor Management / VMS, Delivery Management/Quality Management, Team Management, Designing Knowledge Database / Training Process and Material. I am responsible for Monitoring, tracking and leading the teams to achieve set goals in timely manner with 100% quality and performing regular quality checks of the team’s performance and the quality of the output they are delivering. I Trained and advised my team in various technical and other aspects of recruiting such as VMS, client portal management, requirement analysis, pre-screening the candidates etc.
