He co-led the sale of Correlate Search and became a Managing Director and shareholder at Pure Search, where he led the Global Markets team and later took charge of the Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams. Following the sale of Pure Search where he was a shareholder, Simon re-joined a former Alexander Mann colleague, Nick Kerrison, at Mantis Partners. Before entering Executive Search, he worked at Citi and JP Morgan. He holds an MSc Economics and a BA (Hons) in French & Economics.
