As part of the Technology Operations group my primary accountability is to establish and maintain strategic relationships at all levels between Business Unit (BU) stakeholders and the Infrastructure group.Principle duties & responsibilities include:• Pro-actively engage with stakeholders to promote standard offerings from Infrastructure by chairing regular discussions, forums and briefings.• Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business stakeholders and Infrastructure from initial requirements to final implementation.• Work with BU stakeholders in the identification and evaluation of risks associated with business decisions. • Work closely with Infrastructure Proposition Managers and key Technology Group leaders to gain the most up-to-date view of proposition strategies, roadmap releases, service standards and to create and maintain Service Descriptions for network services.• Own and manage the business case development process working with Business Analysts.• Identify opportunities to increase business efficiency and effectiveness by reviewing current business processes and facilitating development of plans for improvement.• Advocate continual improvement for efficiency and quality through review of completed projects.• Develop and motivate team members and foster a team environment.
