I started with Hansen as a graduate in their graduate program. For the first 3 months I had learned a lot about the power and gas utility industry from the customer's signing up for a provider to the power distribution companies and even the power generator.Then I was moved to work on ICC, one of Hansen's CIS/CRM solutions for Internet, Cable and Pay TV industry.
