Responsible for the TNA, design, development and implementation of new Learning & Development business into Thames Valley Police, with a focus on e-Learning and video production to match current demands. Working as part of multiple project teams, managing and facilitating the development of new learning interventions to align with existing/future business processes, stakeholder engagement and project managing the L&D aspect of each project.
