Responsible for the TNA, design, development and implementation of new Learning & Development business into Thames Valley Police, with a focus on e-Learning and video production to match current demands. Working as part of multiple project teams, managing and facilitating the development of new learning interventions to align with existing/future business processes, stakeholder engagement and project managing the L&D aspect of each project. Within the last two years, particular emphasis has been placed on training 5,500 staff on Mental Health related legislation, processes and best practice, as well as PACE legislation and the creation of new bespoke PNC e-Learning as well as other varied e-=Learning packages.
