In addition, I consolidated seven Excel spreadsheets to create one master spreadsheet containing the full gamut of information required by the team. These initiates improved efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance and productivity.Conscientious in identifying opportunities for improvement, I co-developed a tracking mechanism to enable timely and effective retrieval of archived documentation stored offsite. I also trained staff in the use of the mechanism. This procedure was subsequently identified as the most effective of its kind within the institute. In addition, I developed a highly efficient procedure and spreadsheet to track international student attendance patterns. I was also awarded responsibility for a project to develop a tracking mechanism for legislative requirements. These projects facilitated timely compliance with relevant legislation and governance processes.A skilled communicator, I negotiated with the Senior Executive and advocated on behalf of staff.
