As Innovation Manager in the Platforms Theme, I am responsible for initiating and leading innovation initiatives that fit the overall strategy of the bank. Some of my key activities include:- Leading teams of multidisciplinary professionals- Performing customer research to gain a deep understanding of the opportunity and client context;- Developing and testing new business propositions with end users;- Finding pilot customers and acquiring them as early adopters paying the first bills;- Developing well evidenced business cases and go-to-market strategies;- Aligning with management and internal stakeholders on the overarching strategy of the team.Besides this, I am also actively involved with the recruitment and training of Innovation Managers and Intrapreneurs within the Strategy & Innovation department.

My tasks included:- Applying service design techniques to recognise and understand customer needs and to create new product and service concepts.- Conceptualising, prototyping and testing user-centered payment applications, services and websites.

Seven Innovation is a design and research agency collaborating with organizations to design meaningful services and products that bring happiness to people. In our work we are driven by the scientific study of happiness combined with the strategic mindset of design thinking.Project examples:- Designed and prepared workshops and master classes, focused on positive design, for various organizations including the Dutch Embassy, Arquitectura e Interiores and Insitum.- Was invited guest by the Dutch Embassy in Colombia to talk about design and innovation during the international book fair in Bogota.

Clients: Unilever, Juridux, Visuele Voorwaarden, RvO, Urbanos, EAFIT, others.Project examples:- Designed and conducted qualitative user studies for several organizations using methods like context mapping, focus groups, surveys, emotion sampling and journey mapping.- Conducted a fact-finding mission with the RvO (Rijksdienst voor Ondernemers) on opportunities for the Dutch creative industries from the Netherlands in Colombia. - Designed the visuals and the UX of a plugin for the UvA (Universiteit van Amsterdam). - Designed UX and visual concepts about privacy for Visuele Voorwaarden.- Translated qualitative research insights into product, digital and service concepts.
