I lead innovation teams that make digital services that integrate customer needs, business objectives, and technological possibilities.At ABN AMRO, I currently lead "Achteraf betalen," a B2B Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) proposition. Heading a multidisciplinary team of 10, I bear the end-to-end responsibility for the initiative's strategy, execution, and overall business success. My role extends beyond this project, as I actively design innovation strategies both within my department and across the bank.My journey spans diverse sectors—FMCG, banking, education, and healthcare—providing me with a holistic perspective on innovation. I've navigated roles across the entire innovation continuum, from UX and service design to hands-on implementation and strategic business alignment.Beyond my corporate role, I'm proud to be the co-editor of the "Positive Design Reference Guide" and the co-designer of the "Design for Happiness Deck." Both initiatives, dedicated to elevating user experience and promoting well-being, developed at the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft).
