Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end Stress Testing process for UK Retail Banking Wealth Management as part of the Business Finance Planning team. I work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the final numbers submitted are robust and understood and I produce a Senior Management Review and Challenge pack. As part of this process I co-ordinate, consolidate, challenge, analyse and review outputs from Retail Product teams. I joined the Pricing Department as a Pricing Analyst and was promoted to the role of Senior Pricing Specialist. I specialised in the Mortgage product area, reporting to the Head of Pricing but I have also worked in the same role pricing Savings, Banking and Unsecured Loans. I had 2 direct reports, one of whom is a fully qualified accountant. I had responsibility for modelling and reporting profitability for Santander mortgages. This was done by modelling the NPV of mortgage products through their expected life and risk, capital, funding costs, hedging, up front costs were all taken into account. o Understanding of key economic drivers for interest rates.
