I provided both a sales and a technical interface for the Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC’s), 600 accredited Security installation companies, and 100 Fire companies within my area. Dealing with service and technical enquires, and providing product training to their engineers either at their premises or at a BT Building. Played an active role in the beta testing of new Redcare products. Where necessary providing product trials.I have represented BT Redcare at all levels of business, delivering both sales and technical presentations to the alarm industry.Responsible for delivering our technical displays (live demonstration equipment) at the industries annual international exhibition at the NEC Birmingham.
