An innovative and multi-disciplinary presenter, voiceover artist, broadcaster, writer, campaign organiser and public speaker, my 20 years’ experience incorporates print, radio and TV journalism, film and financial reporting, screenwriting, authorship and business management. Spokesman And Campaign DirectorSave Our Savers 2011 - Jun 2014As Spokesman for this savers' campaign group, I used my communication and promotional skills to represent the organisation on programmes such as Newsnight, The Moral Maze, the Keiser Report, the Jeremy Vine show, R4 Today, Channel 4 News, Sky News, the World at One and Radio 5 Live. As Campaign Director, I also created and implemented multiple targeted campaign strategies, including the organisation of two much-reported demonstrations outside the Bank of England, successfully raising the SOS profile and extolling SOS philosophies. This involved liaison with MPs and MEPs and providing expert QE evidence to the Treasury Select Committee. The figures I calculated demonstrated the extent of the transfer of wealth from savers to borrowers and was widely accepted and used by the media. I spearheaded social media interaction, provided research and quotations to support journalists and wrote the regular SOS newsletters and online blogs.

Somewhat ahead of its time (and BT's broadband rollout), it nonetheless made worldwide news, featuring on the front page of the Guardian and on American TV reports. I was responsible for the motivational and creative leadership of 10 regular staff, climbing to 30 during productions. Our first film, ‘Running Time’, made in collaboration with creative director Simon Beaufoy (‘The Full Monty’, ‘Slumdog Millionaire’), was nominated for a BAFTA.
