It proposed implementing a new platform. I detailed why the change was required and what challenges would arise in the short term if the current agreement were implemented.The business plan detailed how the suggested new platform will: • Increase the number of visitors to their South Melbourne store and online store. • Convert these visitors into regular paying customers and • How it would reduce the number of customer contact hours significantly without impacting on sales or the businesses strong ‘customer first’ focus.
