As Technical Lead, I was first choice for running the Macquarie Bank’s CMS platform migration to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as Development Stream Lead. In this role I was able to implement a solid industry standard framework and set the coding guidelines to manage risk and ensure efficiency and collaboration between on-shore and off-shore development teams. I was also able to deliver some very exciting bespoke UI components within the AEM platform using the latest front-end technologies to future-proof our retail shopfront for years to come.
