- Answers phone calls and emails.- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records- Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions- Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments - Communicating with staff to help procure needed items (during strong COVID regulations)

- Assisting children reach their developmental milestones.- Providing support for young people in their education and extracurricularactivities. - Attending young people’s meetings and contributing to them. - Actively contributing to the development of the team. - Being aware of the aims and objectives of the home and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve them. - Empowering young people and facilitating their active involvement in the decision making about their lives and future. - Acting as a key worker for young people to ensure that the young person’s care plans are up to date and that all their care needs are being met.
