I am currently looking for management position, with goals of a position above my current level in the future. I was a Sales Consultant for 5 years and Area Sales Manager for 3 years in one organisation, when I was promoted, I started a new team and learned a lot the first year. I manage to build a team with a unique culture of high-performance standards and in the second and third year the team achieved and exceeded yearly targets, worn award and it is still one of the top performing team. I have earned yearly and quarterly bonuses that are paid based on performance. I am currently employed by Liberty but also interested in other private companies not only insurance.
