I helped thousands of employees representing dozens of businesses review their 2021 benefit options from custom enrollment materials.I supported more than 200 custom benefit enrollment communications for 78 clients amid an unprecedented project increase. Every day required that I find solutions to diverse requests from internal and external clients while working within process parameters. I used Workfront (ProofHQ) online proofing tool to coordinate requests with the Philippines-based design team, and Jira tracked it all.
