As a People & Culture Business Partner at ABC Recycling, I am responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding, implementing recruitment strategies, and co-chairing the Joint Health and Safety Committee. I am continuously recruiting and onboarding multiple candidates for various positions, using social media and digital platforms, phone screens, interviews, and background checks. I also track and record recruitment metrics and KPIs, and manage the HRIS and LMS systems.I graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, where I learned the fundamentals of HR theory and practice, as well as developed skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance.My goal is to find and attract the best talent for ABC Recycling, and to support the company's vision and values.
