I am a Post Graduate in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.My vision is not just want to help but want to focus on integrated development of society rightly aligned with GDF's mission of creating platform for change makers to drive the Triple Bottom Line.I have lead high-impact IEC campaigns and drives end-to-end operations under various public and private partnership projects.In my latest project of GDF in partnership with Jindal Stainless Limited, the local team achieved 95% segregation of waste at source in Hisar, Haryana under my mentorship.Apart from on field projects, I have been actively mentoring multiple regional teams of GDF. I efficiently prepare Concept notes and advocacy documents. My biggest life Event: I dropped an year after my Bachelors and went on ground working with 'Zestreet' empowering women socially and economically through vocational art. there I was a program intern and successfully build a community in Pandav Nagar, New Delhi.doing it for 4 months, I realised that I want to countinue working on field.
