As part of the CTK (Center for Teacher Knowledge) research project I was responsible for the literature review which entailed creating an annotated bibliography and writing two review papers in the areas of Teacher Knowledge and Teacher Learning.

Taught CBSE English to grade 11 students.

I was responsible for training new hires in language and soft skills, creating content, conducting needs analysis of various associates and providing ongoing support in communication and soft skills. Also developed content for training modules, including podcasts on soft skills. I was also responsible for part of the hiring process and conducted the voice and accent round for prospective candidates. Providing floor-support was also part of my core responsibilities, ensuring that the quality of calls on soft-skills parameters was high.
