Office Coordinator
CurrentOversee the activities of employees on the shift, assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure team members are performing their duties on time and efficiently.Coordinate shift schedules with Agencies, adjust staffing levels as needed to meet operational demands or cover for absences.Provide training and support to new staff or team members needing additional help, ensuring everyone is familiar with protocols and procedures.Address any problems or conflicts that arise during the shift, whether between staff members, related to equipment or operational challenges.Track inventory levels, request supplies, and ensure that the necessary materials and equipment are available for shift operations.Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and key performance indicators during the shift, providing reports to management as required.
