My first job out of graduate school was a confused career choice, with low impact and visibility. Today I work with senior leaders to help them drive successful teams responsible for a 5 million dollar net profit revenue. I am a leading partner for strategizing, developing and delivering programs for top-level executives looking to excel in their leadership roles and new associates starting out on their ambitious, fast-paced career journeys at Gartner. Going beyond the traditional Learning and Development path, I am passionate about helping teams with performance consulting, coaching frameworks, change management and skill-based development. In a span of 5 years, I have progressed from leading talent assessment projects for over 100 client accounts to program managing development programs at SHL, Deloitte and Gartner, and being the face of L&D and Career Development Initiatives on LinkedIn.
