Olyumpia Opaline Sequel 2 located in Navallur, OMR, Chennai is a luxury residential project worth 236.487 Cr. which was constructed by Larsen and Toubro Construction. It consists of six towers with common basements for three towers. During the course of this internship, the study was done on various departments such as EHS, Plant and Machinery, Quality Assurance and Quality Control. These departments and the various activities conducted daily were properly visualized and studied. Formwork, rebaring and the finishing works were monitored. The DPR, DLR and weekly progress reports for the project were monitored daily for each of the towers and a brief outlook on Monthly Invoice, LOI and Vendor Negotiation were analyzed. Other areas such as strategic planning, logistics planning, value engineering and risk management were also evaluated for the project
