With over thirteen years in Quality Assurance, I've advanced through leadership roles at Pelican Products and SRS Comcell. At Pelican Australia, I established the first-ever Quality Assurance Department and led the team to achieve ISO 9001 certification amid pandemic challenges. At SRS Comcell, my leadership in transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 significantly reduced non-conformances and enhanced a culture of continuous improvement.My commitment to personal and professional growth led me to undertake a significant travel and study sabbatical, where I explored diverse cultures and pursued a Double Diploma in Business (Compliance) and Quality Auditing. These experiences not only broadened my worldview but also deepened my expertise in quality systems and compliance.Recently, I joined the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia (NATA) as an Accreditation Specialist. Here, I am applying my extensive quality assurance expertise to support NATA’s mission of ensuring technical competence across various industries.I am passionate about elevating standards and practices in quality assurance and compliance.
