I am fresh graduate student of the communication studies program at Udayana University with a GPA of 3.90/4. I have a great interest in the fields of communications, public relations and partnerships, so to deepen these fields, I took part in internships at government institution and public relations agencies. I learned a lot during my internship, especially about developing strategies for conveying information to the public, designing public relations activities and publications. During my internship I also had the opportunity to practice many of my public speaking skills by being a host, podcaster and MC.I realize that as a student, I have a lot of privilege to develop myself and try many new things to train my leadership and hone several new skills which will be very useful in the professional field. So I joined the organization for 2 years and was given the trust to served as head of the public relations department, chairman of the committee and coordinator of the committee for several events held. As a result, I learned a lot about leadership, time management, team work, planning and risk management, problem solving, and human resource management which made me also have a great interest in the field of human resources development.Apart from increasing my experience in internships and organizations, now I am also taking several courses to solidify the theory that I need to learn before directly practicing it. Now, I am also pursuing and studying in the field of human resources by taking a human resources development course to solidify my theory and practice for working in this field.
