As a .Net developer, I prefer backend technologies, but I think it is essential to know frontend technologies (e.g. Angular) and to acquire and keep up to date the knowledge necessary for the operation (e.g. IIS, Azure, DevOps Pipeline).In addition to developing fullstack competences, I also consider it important to be able to follow the whole process and to act as a Business Analyst if necessary.For me, the biggest motivation is when my work makes sense and I can work on a system that makes other people's work easier and they like using it.A good working environment and a friendly, close-knit team are very important to me. I believe that the synergy of a cohesive team can give projects a huge boost. I’m a team member, I think all for one, and one for all.
