Business Manager• Working within Business Banking, providing help and support to small and medium enterprises. Responsible for providing knowledge on a range of services to help customers Business ambitions and financial requirements. I am also responsible for making sure that credit stewardship and data quality targets are reached and will consider potential risk every step of the way. • Conduct new Business account sales interviews including business plan reviews (KYB's); identifying customer needs and priorities to ensure the provision of best advice and excellent service, whilst identifying appropriate cross sales opportunities. • Working with different Teams and Departments across the Bank in order to phase the transition of Digital Banking for both Account Opening and Business Lending• Act as a key point of contact for this service within the connect online team for customer engagement and support. • Ensure excellent customer service in meeting their immediate needs within the business account opening process and business lending; ensure customers are kept informed throughout the account opening journey, with the aim to build trust between the customer and the bank, and to drive high NPS scores for the centre.• Maintain competence in the role through continued professional development to ensure excellent levels of product knowledge are maintained.Achievements • Key achievements also include the project work of analysing and monitoring of case drop outs. Working together with Implementation Managers to create a new process for unsecured digital Lending which has seen an increased response from customers directly. • Being part of the transition process meant being heavily involved in implementing and creating new structures and processes as well as User Acceptance Testing. This was fundamental as ultimately when implemented correctly; it is the most effective in reducing time, cost and increasing customer satisfaction.
