CurrentStudying and Understanding the Project Specifications and its requirements.Preparing the Method Statements, ITP’s, Check sheets for the work to be executed at site.Review and approving Method Statements, ITP’s, Check sheets, Site inspections, and Quality Control procedures/plans from contractors.Preparing the Material Submittal (MAR) documents that are to be used in the project.Preparing all the inspection requests (RFI) and accordingly planning the QA-QC staff .for the site inspection works.Inspection of procured material at Stores, ensuring selection of material meeting quality standards.Inspecting the quality of the materials delivered on site Inspecting the quality and the compliance of all works carried out on site as per the Inspection Test Plan (ITP), standards specifications & method statements approved by the Engineer Ensuring the Quality Control procedures and plans are implemented for more efficient Construction work.Analyzing and finding out the Root Cause Analysis for the Non-conformance by proving the appropriate corrective action and taking adequate preventive action for non occurrence of the same in future.Preparing the Weekly and Monthly Quality reports.Implementing proper document control system as per QMS to record and track the quality documents.Conducting regular Internal Audits for all the departments to ensure the system is running as per the QMS.Daily Site Inspections, Assuring the work is as per the Drawings and Specifications with meeting the Quality requirements.Conducting Internal meetings and discussing the site and QA-QC issues & concernsProviding Quality Training to the Site Engineer, Supervisors etc on weekly and monthly basis in order to meet the Quality Requirements.Leading Lab Technicians & helping them to determine the Quality of the final product.Interaction with Client/Consultant regarding day-to-day QA-QC activities.Preparing and developing QA-QC Dossier/End User Handing over Documentation of the Project.
