 Design & Detailed Engineering for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Sector. Managing project schedule and coordinate with overseas offices and inter-discipline coordination. Electrical calculations such as Earthing, Lightning, MV/LV Cable sizing and voltage drop calculations, Illumination Calculation, Transformer sizing, UPS & Battery sizing etc. as per relevant standard IS / IEC / IEEE / API. ETAP system Studies-Load Flow, Short Circuit, Protective Device Coordination, Motor Acceleration & Arc Flash. Preparation of Load List & SLD of Complete Electrical system Preparation of Cable Schedule / Drum Schedule. Man-hour estimation. Study and approval of vendor drawings, Evaluation on technical bids, Technical discussion with bidders. Inspection scheduling & expediting Material flow till delivery at site. Preparation of Design Philosophy for Electrical facilities, Electrical Design Basis, Technical Specifications for Electrical Equipment, Datasheet as part of Greenfield and FEED projects. Preparation of Material Take off for Equipment, Power System, Lighting and Grounding system. Preparation of Material Requisition. Vendor Document Review and coordination. Design and finalization of Equipment Layout, Earthing / Lighting Protection drawings, Cable Tray/Trench Layout drawings, Power Plans etc. in co-ordination with civil and Piping Department. Preparation of Panel Schedule, loop wiring drawings, Installation arrangements, Interconnection diagram, etc. Single line Diagram, Schematic and Protection and metering drawings for HV and MV systems. Hazardous area classification schedule and layouts. Specification analysis and risk assessment. Model review (Client + Inter-discipline) Familiar with general specifications & Standards of Shell, Petronas, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, etc. and served clients like Petronas, Saudi Aramco, EIL, SABIC etc.

 Compete coordination & Project Management for 3x660MW Lalitpur STPP AHP package for Elect./ C&I system. Preparing Key SLD, SLD for HT & LT Switchgear. Sizing of Electrical equipment like Transformers, Cables, HT & LT Switchgear by carrying out Load analysis. Sizing of Battery and Battery Charger. JB & LCS Schedule, MLDB’s, DCDB, ACDB and PDB along with their control scheme. Preparing I/O List, Cable schedules and interconnection diagrams. Lighting Calculation & Earthing Calculation. ETAP system studies (Load flow, Motor starting, Short circuit). Vendor document review and inspection of Electrical items/Panels and obtaining the MDCC from consultant/end customer. Electrical Estimation for Coal Handling systems & Ash Handling systems.

 Erection & commissioning of MV and LV Motors. Erection, Testing & Commissioning of LV MCC’s PCC’s for 10,000 TPD Cement Erection of the electrical panels including MV Swgr, LV Swgr / MCC’s along with VFD’s and Thyristor Drives. Commissioning and maintenance of 6.6/.415 kV Transformers.
