• Maintain all list/ promotional and subsidiary pricing updates on SAP • Maintain and manage all formulae pricing escalations. • Create sales deals and load contractual pricing data according to the BCP process. • Update existing contracts (sales deals) with new information and amendments. • Compile correspondence to customers with regards to price increase including schedules.• Identify and execute pricing level structure to ensure optimal pricing management of pricing. • Identify customer pricing and contract (sales deals) master data exceptions and manage the clean-up process which includes PLT, group-to, geo-locators links • Run Audit trails reports daily and actions any anomalies.• Model prices during Price Reviews.• Supply pricing information to the business and compile various pricing scenarios on request .• Investigation and resolve pricing related documents in blocked status. • Investigate and resolve pricing related queries (including the initiations of credit/debit requests where applicable) Price discrepancy TQ’s within the agreed SLA. • Review and index contracts and prepare for scanning.• Work daily on SAP R/3 P9E Sales Distributor

• Ability to interpret reports and assess credit worthiness of customers to mitigate credit risk.• Sound knowledge of CPA and credit act• Maintain pricing and customer master requests following a standard procedure.• In depth knowledge of sales contract agreements from a pricing point of view• On a weekly basis analyse and report on productivity and query resolution to ensure SLA ‘s are met• Manage Key Accounts portfolio for construction companies.• To ensure that all New Accounts Applications and Sales Contracts received are processed.• To manage, update and co-ordinate price adjustments including formula pricing and communicate accordingly to all relevant parties.• Accuracy and attention to detail is critical. • Work well under pressure – and adhere to deadlines and service level agreement• Awareness and management of compliance and regulatory frameworks in all dealings with the client• Good business communication capability at all levels, both internally & externally • Work daily on SAP R/3 P9E Sales Distributor• Assist on price queries telephonically using AVAYA Aura system
