As a senior project manager within a professional consultancy firm, Sithembiso was responsible for various projects within his portfolio and these ranged from a multi-million rand low cost housing project within eThekwini, an exclusive residential estate and Zimbali Coastal Resort, an exclusive boutique hotel in La Lucia Ridge and a mixed use development in Umhlanga Ridge.
