This web page describes my 25-year career in debt restructuring, bankruptcy, workouts, banking litigation, and finance. During those years, I have worked on an array of matters: Debtor's counsel on significant chapter 11 cases, asset securitizations, mezzanine loans, debt reorganizations, banking litigation on both sides, FINRA arbitration proceedings, and finally, somewhat prominent foreclosure cases. I have held positions in two AMLAW-100 law firms in addition to working for two smaller litigation firms and a major regional bank. In the last 10 years, I have gained particular expertise working with (and against) accounts receivable factors and Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) providers.
