- Perform complaint intake for all Ethicon and Neuwave products.--- Products include: Energy capital equipment and disposable instruments (ultrasonic shears and bipolar devices for tissue sealing and transection), Endocutters (surgical staplers), trocars, clip appliers, uterine and pelvic repair products, wound closure products, hernia repair products, Versapoint hysteroscope products and generator, and all NeuWave (micro-ablation) products.- Interact daily with internal and external customers to understand the nature of their complaint in a highly FDA-regulated environment.- Manage the training and act as the primary contact for multiple external groups that perform vital business functions.- Own and manage the process for quality replacement products.--- Includes working with external inventory and shipping depots to ensure process compatibility and to resolve process issues.- Send follow up communication to complaint contacts to obtain additional information if needed.- In-depth complaint investigation to determine root cause of documentation failure and issue subsequent corrective action and education.- Develop training guides and lead training sessions for multiple processes.- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.- Represent Ethicon in a knowledgeable and professional manner as the first and often only point of interaction for many customers.

- Performed technical troubleshooting and complaint intake for internal and external customers.- Managed international complaints for the complaint input team. Worked directly with the off-site complaint analysis group to improve the process for documenting these complaints.- Analyzed customer satisfaction data of the Customer Support Center. Undergraduate research in Dr. Catherine Klapperich's lab. I worked as part of a team on a PATH funded project to develop a portable, hand powered, inexpensive, nucleic acid extraction device. CAD software was used to design and manufacture a fixture used for experimentation. Lab work included DNA sample extraction and PCR amplification tests.

MRI research in Dr. Subha Raman's MRI cardiology lab. I worked as part of a team working to determine if it is possible to predict cardiovascular complications for Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy patients. Resulted in international publication.
