As an IT Consultant from Itility I am responsible for two use case teams within the ASML Big Data Innovation Lab. Within this lab we execute Proof of Values (PoV) of 3 months in which we show the value of innovative techniques like Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. When the value has been proven we move into a pilot phase to build and later industrialize the solution within the ASML organization.

Conducted a Master thesis research about the applicability of service-dominant business models within the business IT services industry. Business models within the business IT service industry are becoming more agile in nature, forcing them to be rapidly constructed, reconstructed and deconstructed, placing high importance on the valid and viable design of these models. To assist with the agile creation of (innovative) business models a reference business model has been developed which is validated in practice.

Wicro Plastics is a system supplier for activities concerning injection molding of thermoplastics. One of their major customers is Stokke® a company that designs juvenile furniture and strollers. In 2017 I was responsible for the redesign of the assembly line for Strollers. By using lean six sigma tools the assembly has become much more efficient, flexible and cost efficient. From 2018 on I redesigned the logistic flow based on the automotive industry and implemented this new way of working in the newly build assembly hall.

During the first 5 months I combined working with the writing of my Bachelor Thesis. The bachelor thesis was an analysis on the volume and flexibility problem and the impact of third party service provision within the soft fruit sector. Besides my thesis I helped to improve the current ERP system to better fit for the service provision process. A major challenge was to assure tractability within the whole supply chain from grower to the supermarket. In addition, I had close contact with the largest client (operating from Spain and Chile) to provide the services that they asked for.
