Awarded the prestigious Fulbright grant to be an English Teaching Assistant in South Korea for one year.I teach first through third grade (U.S. seventh-ninth) at Seongsan Middle School in Seongsan, Jeju. My curriculum includes grammar and/or reading-based English and culture classes twice a week for each grade. Outside of the classroom, I lead a tap dancing and free talking after school program, an American music and popular culture program, aid in a fitness student club, and oversee a year-long community service project for the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
