Trade reconciliation on TD+1 for (CASH TRADE/ EDG TRADES) between the trades fed into the settlement system Vs trades executed on-exchange for 28 markets including crest.• Reconciling the CCP and Non CCP Trades i.e., Central Counter parties.• Liaising with Middle offices team in London and updating the discrepancies in the particular trade after investigation• On a daily basis send the manual settlement instructions to the custodian.• Help the settlement team to post down the trades which parallel result in TLM flow.• Pre-matching Equity trades with Counterparty for EMEA markets & also Repo Pre-matching for Fixed Income financing business. • Primary functions managed include Euro clear Allegment, Netting of Repo trades, Client Money, Cash Margin payments, Manual Payment release, STP checks within the internal settlement system, Crest matching, Claims processing and Daily Fails Reporting.• Reconciliation and monthly payments of interest on fee based borrow and bond lending activity • Initiate payment via MT 202, 210.• Investigation and clearance of nostro and stock breaks in TLM• Help the Financial controllers in resolving their P$L break when a manual ledger is posted.• Regularly study and identify the scope of improvements in the areas of processing the transactions, which will save cost, man hours for a better productivity and turnaround time.• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process flows.• Identify improvement areas and implementing measures to maximize efficiency and process controls • Weekly and monthly metrics published to the audience which in turn helps management in decision making.• Identify the risk areas in the process and adding controls to reduce the risk (Error log analysis)
