Heart Research Follow-Up Program: Developed MATLAB programs to aid in the analysis of ECG recordings to study heart rate and QT variability as a marker for cardiac arrhythmias among patients with various underlying conditions. These programs were used to scan, identify, and clip specific snapshots of clinically significant data within the ECG recording. I also performed the analysis of these ECG recording snapshots and compiled a dataset that resulted in the publication of significant findings in the Autonomic Neuroscience: Basic and Clinical journal.

Department of Biomedical Engineering (DeLouise Lab): Worked in the Integrated Nanosystems Center using spin coating and photolithography equipment to develop procedures for spinning and patterning SU-8 photoresist on to silicon wafers to create casting molds used for making PDMS Microbubble Chips that are used for single cell sorting and antigen specific detection. The objective of this project was to reduce time and costs associated with other manufacturing methods, such as deep reactive-ion etching, while also improving casting mold lifespan.
