As Head of Digital Services for the Country Unit Sean is e2e responsible for a young and dynamic unit of 90 professionals covering pre-sales and delivery of Solutions to Telecom providers in the domains of Consulting, Core Network Appliances, Cloud Infrastructure and Digital Business Systems.As e2e responsible for the domain of Digital Services Sean has full responsibility to secure revenue growth, profitability, P&L and cash flow, in accordance with agreed targets, and also a full responsibility to establish and to develop customer loyalty, relationship and networking, understanding and satisfaction, working closely with the Key Account Management organizationAs Head of Engagements Sean is responsible to secure Ericsson’s thought leadership in creating customer visions, strategies, requirements and to translate them into Ericsson capabilities within the domain thus helping in creating new business.As Head of Operations Sean is responsible to appropriately empower dynamic leadership skills to his operational organization so as to enable a seamless post-sale experience in the lifecycle of a solution and to continue to secure strong customer satisfaction enabling future sales.
