I am developing new material for the VLE (virtual learning environment) using web, video, Animation and graphics. This supports the tuition of logistics and trade subjects to existing and new customers. I have helped redevelop a marketing strategy and implemented new technology to manage this. This has been proven to show an increase in sales for private courses.

I was a key member of the operational team and helped impliment paperless workflow into the company. Introduced other technologies to aid efficiency including a PC caller ID system to increase customer service and reduce call handling.As an experienced member of the team I was responsible for Account management where me moved cargo via various methods including air ,sea and road.I further developed my knowledge of customs clearance and was able to complete and troubleshoot most customs clearance tasks.• Whole process freight forwarding for:• Sea, Air, Road inc European.• pre-shipment setup with overseas agent.• Key accounts manager.• Customs entry inc complex (CPC) procedures.• Problem solve logistic issues.• Executing strict DC delivery requirements.• Paperless workflow integration.• Company IT liaison.
