I regularly liaise with clients regarding conservation projects, for which I provide proposals and quotes and work with ancillary service providers (galleries, auction houses, framers, schools and museums) to identify and develop educational and marketing opportunities. I also play a critical role in staff recruitment, training, orientation and supervision. My greatest contributions include stepping in to help the company in the midst of crisis. In six months time, I reduced operating costs by 50%, saving more than $300,000 in the process and grew ancillary income by 45% through marketing, automation and upselling ancillary services.
